Founded in New York City in 1992, Central Park West has spent more than three decades designing contemporary clothing for women who want to look polished and feel like themselves. Each collection balances modern, effortless style with wearability, with pieces that move easily from work to weekend.

Today Central Park West is carried by leading retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Anthropologie, Evereve, and Revolve, along with more than 1,000 independent boutiques across the country.

Ninety Clothing Co. was established in 2021 by a team with deep experience in design and manufacturing. The focus is sweaters, knits and wovens for the Ninety label and for private-label partners: a wide range of styles that are trend-right, with care for quality, comfort and fit.

The collection is designed by a team of women who know how women want to feel in their clothes, for the modern woman who expects excellence and everyday comfort, from lounging at home to the office to a night out.

West Of grows out of the Central Park West design studio, with a tighter edit of knitwear and layering pieces in refined yarns and quiet colors.

37 Orchard takes its name from a small retail shop that opened in the 1970s at 37 Orchard Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Launched as a group in 2018, it now spans design, manufacturing and distribution, producing branded and private-label apparel for retailers across the country, from everyday basics to ready-to-wear and activewear.

Elle Design Collective designs and produces the ELLE Collections lifestyle line under license from ELLE. Launched in 2025 with a distinct Parisian edge, the collection spans structured denim, soft suiting, sequin separates, outerwear, scarves and jewelry, created for every woman, at every age.

SAS Apparel works as a New York agent for European department stores, developing and managing apparel programs for retailers including OVS, Coin and Sicem. It operates separately from the group's consumer brands.
